​* Many sessions vary in contents and level, but beginners are welcome in every class.

ABOUT ENGLISH YOGA SESSIONS

The club has a lot of foreign participants and English language learners. For this reason, the main language for instructions and explanations in all yoga sessions is English. Cueing in poses can be partially done in Japanese or Russian only when requested.  

​​Please bring your yoga mat and water to any yoga session. Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and kindly refrain from wearing a wrist watch (fitness watch included) and jewelry of any kind. Bringing yoga props (yoga blocks and straps) is optional.

BEFORE JOINING A SESSION

Prior reservation is required for all sessions.

Choose a session and send an e-mail to book space.

If you have chronic diseases, history of injuries or surgeries, before practicing yoga please consult your physician. Inform the instructor of your health condition and medical history before joining a session.

Practice with care at all times. Asanas are offered with many variations and modifications with various levels of difficulty. Please respect your body limitations and choose an option of a posture that works for you today.
